EMMA Employee Portal

Challenge: Payslips, tax declarations and personal data changes moved between employees, HR and payroll accountants on paper and over e-mail.
Build: A self-service portal where employees manage their own data, documents and tax declarations and access payslips securely.
Result: Increased productivity of the client's payroll department. An internal app turned into a client-owned product.

Challenge: Single piece and small series CNC production depends on constant operator presence and manual tasks.
Build: An end to end automation solution connecting a FANUC robot, HAAS CNC, PLC over OPC UA and a modern web-based HMI for planning and production monitoring.
Result: Production runs completely without operator presence and enables 24/7 operation.

Entrio

Challenge: Auditors and clients exchanged requests and evidence over different communication channels including e-mail and FTP. Hard to track, easy to lose and risky for sensitive documents.
Build: A collaboration application where audit teams and clients request, hand over documents and track project progress in one place with different permission levels for each project member.
Result: Traceable and secure communication, fast project overview and increased transparency on client audit projects.

Social Maturity Score

Challenge: Evaluating a brand's social maturity was a manual, consultant driven and Excel based exercise. Slow to run and a bottleneck in the client's process.
Build: A web solution that scores strengths and weaknesses of social media efforts and provides interactive reports and recommendations.
Result: Increased process throughput and a repeatable assessment the client runs across brands and markets.
